Several people ask me all the time, "How is Collier handling the new baby?" Well to answer your question, he loves his new baby brother! He loves him so much that he sometimes smothers him with his love. And yes, he has gotten frustrated with all the attention that is paid to Wyatt. He has learned to hit and sometimes, his loves pats turn to whacks. Poor Wyatt is getting smothered with kisses or hit on the head by his big brother! It is a good thing that Wyatt is already looking like he can take Collier in the weight department, because Collier might get paid back someday! Here is a glimpse of Collier loving on his baby brother from the hospital until now.

Happy Birthday Wyatt!
After 40 long weeks of waiting for our second little boy to arrive, we finally decided to induce labor on Friday, April 8th, 2011. I had tried to wait as long as I could for Wyatt to come into the world naturally. I gave him up until his due date! The next day we went into the hospital around eight o'clock in the morning for the scheduled induction. After several intense hours on pitocin, I asked for the epidural, and shortly thereafter we were ready to push this baby out! We had to wait for our sweet doctor to finish a surgery, and around six thirty in the evening, I was able to start pushing. Wyatt arrived at 7:27 pm!
It was so fun and exciting to finally meet this little man. The first thing I said, "He is so big!" And he weighed in at a whopping 8lb, 11oz!! He has the chubbiest little cheeks, so I know for sure he belongs to me!! Collier was not too sure what to think of the bebe. But by the time we left the hospital, he was ready to play the role of big brother! Life is going to be a little crazy, but there is plenty of love to go around. I am so blessed to have another little healthy baby boy in the family. There is no where else I would rather be than raising two little boys with my loving husband. So very BLESSED!!!
